Return the parallax of the scope to zero, so that the next step of scope calibration can be carried out, which can reduce the errors in shooting and improve the accuracy of shooting.

[Step 1] What is parallax? How do I know if there is an error in my sight?

The method is very simple. Align the center of the crosshair of the optical sight to the target about 10m, fix the sight, swing the head up and down to change the angle of view, and observe the positional relationship between the crosshair of the sight and the target;

If you find that the crosshair is not aimed at the target, but moves with the movement of the line of sight (there is a misunderstanding here, many new players mistakenly think that there is a problem with the scope), in fact it is not, this is the so-called parallax, you need Perform inspection and reset operations.

If the crosshairs are still aligned with the target, it means that there is no parallax in the scope. Only then can the aiming point and the impact point of the shooting focus overlap as much as possible;

[Step 2] Know the focus knob

The parallax of the sight needs to be adjusted through the focusing knob.

There are two types of focusing positions, front focusing (focusing at the objective lens) (Figure 1) and side focusing (Figure 2);

The focusing knob will be marked with the focusing range. For example, the focusing range of the 3-9x40AOEG front focusing scope and the 2-16x44SFIRS side focusing scope are both [10Y~+∞].

[Step 3] Clear the parallax

Do not be impatient when adjusting the focus, make sure the sight is fixed, turn the focus knob slowly, and move the head left and right according to the method of [Step 1] to test, observe the relative movement distance between the crosshair and the target, repeat this Steps, until no matter how you shake, the crosshairs of the scope are fixed on the target.

Even if you are outside the exit pupil distance of the optical sight or at a very deviated position, even if you just barely see the crosshairs, when the center of the crosshairs will be aligned with the target without deviation, the "parallax return to zero" is completed. "Operated
